Duncan Au - President, CEO & Director
Duncan Au, CA, CFA, has over 20 years of accounting and corporate finance experience. He is currently President and CEO of JAFETICA Capital Inc., a private equity firm and independent corporate finance consulting practice specializing in energy service opportunities since 2006. From 2006 to 2008, Duncan was the Vice President, Business Development and CFO for Essential Energy Services Trust. He became involved with Essential when in 2005 as President and CEO, he sold Richmound Energy Services L.P. to Avenir Diversified Income Trust which subsequently spun out its entire energy services division including Richmound into Essential. Prior to starting Richmound, Duncan was a Vice President & Director in Corporate Finance with both Deloitte and Ernst & Young leading financings and mergers and acquisitions in the energy services industry. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Calgary Economic Development and Calgary CFA Society. Duncan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta, is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst.

Alexander Greene - Director
Alexander D. Greene is a managing partner of Tricap Partners Ltd., a fund established by Brookfield Asset Management to provide long-term capital and strategic assistance to mid-market companies based in North America. Mr. Greene has more than 26 years of experience in corporate finance as well as financial and corporate restructuring. He is also on the Boards of Directors of Longview Fibre Paper and Packaging, Inc. and the Tourette Syndrome Association. Mr. Greene has a BBA in finance from George Washington University and resides in Westchester, New York.
Jim Reid - Director
Jim is a Managing Partner of Brookfield Asset Management Inc.. He opened Brookfield's Calgary office in June 2003. He has held many directorships and senior executive positions, primarily in the resource sector over the past 18 years. He is the former CFO of Bushmills Energy and the Causeway Energy Group of Companies. Jim, a resident of Calgary for the past nine years, earned his Chartered Accountant designation while at Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Toronto.

Gary Bentham - Director
Gary Bentham is President of BTM Corporate Advisory Inc., an advisory firm formed in 2005 that provides corporate finance and consulting services to privately-owned companies in Canada and the United States. Prior to 2004, Gary was a corporate recovery and audit partner with KPMG Canada where he served public and private companies in the high technology, financial services, real estate development and energy industries. Gary served on KPMG Canada’s Board of Directors for five years. Gary presently serves on the Board of Governors of SAIT Polytechnic and on the Board of CriticalControl Solutions Inc., a public company based in Calgary. Gary is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan, a Chartered Accountant, and a member of the Canadian Institute of Corporate Directors
Wade McGowan - Director
Wade is the President, CEO and Director of Ironhand Drilling Inc., a private drilling contracting company founded in July, 2006. From 2003 to 2006, as President of McGowan Consulting Corp., he provided engineering and consulting services in the areas of drilling, completion, reserves and economics. From 1996 to 2003, Wade cofounded and presided over three oil and gas exploration companies, Catalina Energy, Causeway Energy and Bushmills Energy. Prior thereto he worked as a petroleum engineer for Northstar Energy, Enron Oil and Gas and Canada Northwest Energy.
Mr. McGowan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alberta. He is a member of APEGGA and a Director of CAODC.
