Engine
The PSP-00300 Pump Skid utilizes a six cylinder, turbocharged and air-Io-air Detroit Diesel Series 60 diesel engine as its power unit. This engine has a displacement of 14.0 liters and an intermittent rating of 375 BHP at 2,100 RPM. This fully integrated heavy-duty diesel engine with electronic controls has excellent fuel consumption, durability and low emissions.

Transmission
The transmission installed is a Fuller T14607A 7-speed transmission with the following features:
- Two-piece input shaft and drive gear design allows drive gear, sliding clutch and mainshaft to rotate as one resulting in true alignment and low replacement cost.
- Transmission life is prolonged through internal engagement of sliding clutch, long engagement teeth on hardest working gears, and center supported counter(Shafts.
- Interchangeable with other Fuller Transmission models.
- Internal oil channel has been added to insure extra protection for low lubricant conditions.
- Two vacuum clean out stand pipes c/w sumps (one on each side of tank)
- One pivoting Davit arm
- One confined entry storage box
- One external tank gauge
Centrifugal Pump
A 4- x 3' Mission centrifugal charge pump is installed. This pump is powered mechanically by a PTO. Also included in the unit is pillow block shaft with a sheave, 3-5V belts to input sheave on centrifugal pump.
Lubrication
A lubrication pump for SJ 300 Pump is installed.
Discharge Manifold
The discharge manifold consists of a 2- x 5000 psi, seven valve discharge manifold and comes complete with pop valve, check valve and mud gauge.
Suction
Supplied with the unit is one suction and comes with a rock catcher and butterfly valves. The butterfly valves isolate the centrifugal pump, if required.
Building
The pump building (10 ft x 24 ft) is mounted on a triple rail (12 ft x 40 ft) oilfield skid strapped with 3/4- flat bar. The building consists of two man doors and two double doors - one in front of the engine and one in front of the fluid end of the pump to allow easy access and removal of the pump. All doors are cross-braced and two half doors are located at the back of the pump.
Steam Heater
An 18" single fan steam heater complete with a switch is installed.
Lighting
Four 400W metal halide lights are mounted on roof. Three cold start fluorescent lights are provided for inside of the building. All wiring for this unit run through a supplied breaker box, c/w switches and plugs where necessary. A 200' power cord that plugs into rig's distribution box is also included.
Fuel Tank
The fuel tank is a 90 gallon tank.
Pup Joint Rack
The pup joint rack is a four tier rack.
